Front Desk Reception

Midtown Gorgeous office | great team in place | Family oriented environment.

$60k+ base, depending on experience, plus bonus 

Private Equity Firm | 20 person NY office (60+ employees globally)

Fully paid Benefits: Med, Den, Vision, 401k, 3 weeks vacation.

Hours: 9-5pm

Duties: Provide right hand front desk support, interface with high-level executives, clients & investors on a daily basis, answer busy phones, manage conference room appearance & schedule; meet & greet clients / guests & serve water / coffee to guests, keep front desk area orderly and neat, maintain kitchen supplies and food pantry, distribute mail.

Requirements: 1-2+ years of support experience, exposure to and knowledge of high-profile executives and the financial world a plus. College educated a plus, sophisticated, warm, friendly, self-starter who takes real pride in their work, professional, flexibility, NY Savvy, excellent communication skills. Hospitality backgrounds a plus. Calm under pressure, and confident manner. Must have a “no job too small” approach.

Position is open due to promotion (current receptionist -we placed- is moving into an EA role supporting a partner)
