This is a dynamic role within the Corporate Events team, which manages annual conferences and myriad other smaller-scale company events. Fill a CED “utility player” role (filling out the department and absorbing some tasks managed by current team members).  The role will be supportive in nature yet also evolving.  Candidates will need strong organizational skills, precision with detail work, a personality that will roll with the punches and roll-up-your sleeves attitude, and the ability to be client focused as/if needed.  Start-up office management, experienced with office moves, events production, or similar experience. conference. The successful candidate will be a fit for the corporate culture, extremely poised and professional, discreet, hard-working, self-managing, flexible to travel and be “on location” for 2-3 weeks in July every year, and have an overall understanding of/curiosity about complex event management that includes a vast number of moving parts. Participate in the full cycle of annual conferences which could include set-up and break-down of the on-site office, managing the staff and data related to conference attendance. Able to interact effectively with both locally-hired conference staff and the in-house team, maintain and improve on the already high standards and continually upgrade best practices. This is a fantastic team. Hours: 8:30-5:30, flexible for overtime (especially seasonally), exempt.
