75-85K           Executive Assistant to Consultant in Consumer and Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods Practice                                  Provide the full range of administrative and project management one-on-one support to a senior executive search consultant. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and a solid professional services background. Duties include the full range of administrative support including phones, email, calendar management, document production, database management, scheduling meetings and travel, managing all expense reporting, client billing, etc. Mature-minded, professional, articulate, highly productive, polished presentation, and generally able to work fast, smart, with particular attention to detail. Multi-faceted role requiring very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements: Candidates must have demonstrated strong document production capabilities, some experience with detailed presentations, strong MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook testing in the high 80’s/low 90’s, typing 65+wpm, and exceptionally strong proofreading and editing skills.

Hours/benefits: 8:30-5:00 or 9:00-5:30. Salary based on a 37.5 hour work week – all OT is paid. 100% paid health, dental, vision for employee and family (if there is no other insurance source); 401K, profit-sharing, transit check, discretionary bonus potential.
