Partner with the 1st seat EA/PA and 3rd seat PA to provide the full range of C-Level administrative support to this dynamic Co-CEO. Interact effectively with the Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs, with the EA and PA to the other Chief Executive, as well as across all constituencies, to provide seamless and efficient management of all business and personal support – true backup, sense of urgency, “no job too small” attitude, confident, ambitious but humble, extremely proactive. Sophisticated, fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities to include (but not limited to): Coordinate calendar and scheduling with the team to assure detailed business and personal calendar management; organize and plan comprehensive travel arrangements; hotel accommodations, air (commercial & private)/ground transportation, meal reservations and detailed itineraries – both personal and business-related; phones, email; prepare for internal meetings, set up conference/video calls, order food/drinks; complex personal assistant support. Work with PA supporting family re: travel, reservations, minor accounting/expenses, personal errands, healthcare, etc. Organize, scan, and keep all files and contacts up to date. Schedule meetings and maintain relationships with assistants and contacts at restaurants, hotels, etc.

Experience/qualifications required: Corporate C-level experience providing a combination of business and personal support, including, but not limited to, working with household staff, scheduling and RSVP-ing for events, etc. A minimum of five+ years of experience working for a C-level executive and family. Work experience in New York City; knowledge/familiarity with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Longevity in past positions. Has worked with a CRM system or kept detailed contacts. Experience working in conjunction with another assistant(s) for an executive. Availability to travel on an as needed basis. Smart, seasoned and sophisticated professional, able to function in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Energetic, flexible, sophisticated and professional demeanor; must exhibit demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy, have excellent communication skills, and a polished and professional presentation. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with GoogleSuite a big plus, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm in the office, flexible for OT and 24/7 coverage as needed.
