Executive / Personal Assistant to Managing Partner
Primary support to the senior managing partner. Duties will include but are not limited to: lots of meeting coordination, lots of follow-through on emails, action points and business related project work (minimal phones and very lite travel arrangements); personal work will include coordinating with house manager aligning executive calendars, children’s activities & appointments, arranging appointments, dinners, luncheons, vacations, meetings and manage other related communication with house manager
Provide some back-up support for office manager role if out of office.
Requirements: Bright, pro-active, calm, resourceful, someone who enjoys the assistant role and making an executive’s job easier; 3 to 10 years of executive level support in the financial world preferred but not required. This is an add to staff position.
