Openings for Experienced Administrative Assistants in Financial Services Company.
Will be supporting a large group within the company comprised of junior and senior level associates. Will be providing administrative support, calendar management of high volume of complex meetings and travel (domestic and international) , expenses and monthly invoice processing and reconciliation, busy phones and email correspondence. Will also on-board all new hire paperwork and work on additional projects and duties as assigned.
5+ Years Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant Experience is a must preferably in financial services, strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Bachelors degree preferred. Must thrive in a fast paced environment.
Salary to $75k DOE. Excellent Benefits Package and bonus potential.
