Office Manager/ Executive Assistant
Established Tech start-up with academic focus ~ 50 employees and growing NYC office, Midtown

Provide office management support: build and maintain relationship with vendors; order team lunches; liaise with building manager; keep office orderly; instruct cleaning service; coordinate conference room meetings; order office and kitchen supplies including healthy snacks; close office daily following closing procedures; liaise with building security; assist with some financial & property management; create monthly expense reports; some collection calls; review of invoices and vendor reimbursements; make check deposits; manage tech inventory; prepare work spaces; assist new hire desk setups; assist with onboarding; provide tech support / Mac Platform; provide some EA support to Growth team, including calendar management and booking travel; assist legal department and sales team with contracts and some ad-hoc projects.
Requirements: College educated preferred; smart; team oriented; 2 to 3 + years of work experience. Must have excellent organizational, communication and writing skills; analytical thinker helpful; must be able to pick things up quickly; common sense; ability to interface well with a diverse group of executives.
Familiar with Mac Platform, Microsoft Office suite. Tech Savvy. Opportunity for growth!
