Description

Provide right-hand personal support to extremely busy Managing Partner and family. Work both in and out of the office and interface daily with his EA. Coordinate lots of moving pieces. Making reservations in the city / Hampton's, booking commercial flights/private jets/helicopters; coordinating with housekeepers/ handymen / nannies / summer home; writing thank you notes; assisting with party planning; ordering gym equipment for home & arranging for installation; coordinating food delivery / catering / chefs; scheduling meetings for apartment renovation with architect, designers, etc.; managing activities with children including scheduling, weekly overnights, travel, camps; coordinating and scheduling lots of meetings and appointments; running errands; shopping/shipping gifts for clients/family/friends; planning and organizing events/parties/dinners and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements: College Grad preferred, high-energy, mature-minded, discreet, smart, sense of urgency, polished, diplomatic, excellent communication skills and a sense of humor couldn’t hurt. Must have prior PA experience out of Law, Wall Street, PE, Banking. Hours: 9am – 6pm, 24/7 accessible. Fast paced -family oriented environment.
