Program Assistant, (Fund Raising Department)
Assist with administrative duties, assist with the planning and development of special events, maintain relations with clients and donors, assist national office with budgets and finances, maintain office records, create invites, announcements and programs related materials, maintaining and updating database, lots of project work. Position is administrative in nature and it’s a very exciting area.
Requirements: College Degree, excellent writing & proofreading skills and strong Word and Excel, smart, polished professional, must have 1-2 years (minimum) of paid work experience. Database or print design experience a plus. Very busy group. Current assistant is being promoted!
