Duties: The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will have primary responsibility for managing front desk activities; welcoming guests and high profile clientele, coordinating meetings, receiving and sorting packages, mail as well as completing general office administrator duties. Catering, event coordination and meeting set up/break down are included. Administrative duties will include handling all calendars and meeting requests for five different companies.

Requirements: Warm personality, strong academic standing, college degree preferred, experience in the hospitality industry a plus, excellent communication skills, team player. Excellent references required.

Hours: 8:30-6pm, exempt
